Development and application of a HPLC-like method called Asymmetric Field-Flow-Fractionation coupled with various detectors such as UV/DAD, OCD, ICP-MS, to investigate elemental distribution in natural colloids. Focus on the application of novel NMR techniques to answer scientific questions in different disciplines such as pharmaceutical chemistry, environmental chemistry, and materials science;

Development and validation of analytical methods, mainly HPLC and UPLC, under the guidance of USP 〈1225〉 and ICH Q2 guideline; Drug stability study management, including study design and protocol drafting in compliance with ICH Q1 to support re-registration of peritoneal dialysis fluids in China and the US; Organizing production of primary batches in the US manufacturing plant; Supporting customs clearance; Coordinating the storage of stability samples;

HPLC method development and validation, drafting validation protocols in compliance with ICH guideline. Assay testing to support pre-clinical pharmacological and toxicological research.

Responsible for Quality Control tests before release of drug products in compliance with GMP in manufacturing plant. Carried out dissolution test and instrumental analysis by HPLC, LC/MS/MS and ICP-OES.
