- Planning, coordination and monitoring of sustainable development programs with Bavaria's suppliers: implementation of programs and KPIs related to sustainable development and social responsibility - Supplier KPI monitoring: GHG emissions and water usage - As part of an interdisciplinary team, conduct Bonsucro audits to sugar suppliers and coordinate and analyze Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audits (SMETA) to other suppliers Achievements: Increased participation of suppliers in the programs
