I work in ESA’s Earth Observation Directorate for the the Sciences Strategy, Coordination and Planning Office (EOP-SA): Support of the project ‘Water Cycle Multi-mission Observation Strategy’ (WACMOS) as part of the Support to Sciences Element (STSE); Scientific research on land degradation; Earth Observation educational projects (e.g. Eduspace) developing case studies for different remote sensing applications, using optical and radar satellite data; Contribution to ESA training courses.

Teaching Associate (TA) for the Satellite Applications Department at the Space Studies Program (SSP) 2009, hosted by NASA Ames Research Center (ARC), California, USA: Teaching Activity, development of presentations and hands-on workshops, integration of optical and radar remote sensing data and GIS data, data acquisition, coordination of all academic and administrative activities of the Satellite Applications Department, field work, graphics work, report writing and administrative and logistic activities.
