-Shadowed psychologists during morning meetings discussing therapeutic challenges and future strategies for the girls in care -Assisted the pedagogic staff in the afternoons with the implementation of daily tasks such as homework assistance (e.g. English), as well as more general organizations tasks (e.g. assigning girls with tasks, assisting with food prep, trouble shooting conflict resolution) -Organized an on-campus flea market for the girls using donated clothing

-Use of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder a variety of social interaction skills, self-help skills, pre-academic/academic skills, language acquisition, and decrease of maladaptive behavior -One-on-One student to instructor ratio with high use of Behavior Specific Praise -Responsible for the implementation and assessment of individualized student programs

-Instructor in the art of horseback riding and horsemanship to young children through adults, private and group lessons -Head counselor at Red Oak's summer camp program -Assisted with horse care and preparation during horse shows
