The formation of training plans for executives (mid and high level management) specifically the communication in the English language withing the business environment. My work consists of giving support and widening the knowledge of English of my students that already have a high level of English to make communication possible within the business world. The classes include the methodology of presentations, holding meeting and general intercultural communication.

Here I started part time at the age of 15, and spent the times in England, between my other jobs working here. I earned two qualifications here, to sell Over the Counter medicines to the public and also to work dispensing medication on prescriptions. I was in charge of counting the daily takings and also recording the number of prescriptions collected each day so that the company could be paid. I also dealt with the public and solved queries on the telephone.

The administration and office management of a national Spanish company dealing with customers from outside Spain. Direct dealings with providers (management of contracted services, payments and solving of incidents) for the realisation of all kinds of events. I was responsible for client support and the management of debts and reservations. Furthermore I was in charge of updating the company web page and the computer system COREGEST.

An intensive English course given to university students in China.

I was a Nursery school English teacher to children between two and six years old.Inicially, I started as a teacher and was later promoted to the team leader within the English team. My responsibility grew into elaborating the teaching programmes of my team as well as the supervision of their work.

I worked in a solicitors office as office support (filtering telephone calls and emails, dealing with the internal and external mail).
