My tasks were : - To organize impression taking sessions abroad - To find audiologists all around the world (Tunisia, Singapore, Czech Republic, Algeria,Qatar) and explain them how we work (quality criteria) - To get in touch with the partners (Australia, Finland, Sweden) and the subsidiary in the USA - To look after the documents required by the Customs - To create export process (invoicing and shipping process).

My tasks were : - To open the orders (check that all is correctly recorded on the system) - To invoice (Management of documentary credit, cash against documents, guarantee bonds, advance payment) - To look after the credit note - To get in touch with the forwarders - To manage the shipment (regarding the Incoterms, carriers, delivery time) - To take care of the documents required by the Customs (certificate of origin, ATR..)
