During my internship I worked in the department cruises for the scandinavian market. I was responsible for the needs of travel agencies and customers, for the bookings and tender preparations as well as partly for group requests and complains. I also helped the marketing department with creating the flyers and brochures and choosing pictures. It was a very helpful experience for future jobs and I had the opportunity to improve my englisch skills and customer experiences.

BigXtra is a company of the FTI-Group.The company distribute its products in special multicannel marketing ways online and printed as well as travel tv shows. During my part time job I was responsible for the creation of the price lists for the printed advertisments as well as comparing the dates and prices with the ones in the internet. I was also partly responsible for the distributing the mistakes to the different departments and updating the data base of the competitor
