I am currently working as a student tutor at the department of veterinary biochemistry. My tasks are supervising a practical lab course for younger students and testing their knowledge in the subject.
rodent model necropsies and post-mortem tissue processing (blood, spleen, lymph node), multiplex ELISA, FACS analysis, cell culture work
During my intership at the Department of pharmacology and toxicology I worked on the development of biomarkers in canine atopic dermatitis. I took tape strips and measured the proinflammatory cytokines.

Leadership Program
Cornell University
The Program consists of different workshops to learn Leadership skill and every student is working on their own research project. I worked on a project at the department of immunology and microbiology supervised by Professor Theodore Clark. The project was about gamete fusion, as a model organism I used Tetrahymena.
