- Providing exceptional customer service by building product knowledge through training by brand representatives - Assisting Visual Merchandising department to conceptually build the shop floor - Producing trade reports for Management - Assisting promotion of product campaigns for buyers and press, coordination of special events (e.g. pop-ups, press and charity events) - Coordination of stock takes - Assisting the on-boarding and training of new hires

- Assisting the Asia Wholesale Team in presenting the RTW collection to key clients (DFS) - Working closely with the senior Showroom Managers to prepare and lead client meetings by creating spreadsheets, brochures, and powerpoint presentations - Managing SAP numbers, material and colour codes - Visual Merchandising: Composing rails, and managing back stock - Drafting documents (PowerPoint, Word, emails, spread sheets) on behalf of the director and senior staff

- Assisted key meetings with sponsors, suppliers, buyers, clients - Co-ordinated the production schedule throughout the season, photoshoots & LFW Show - Built critical research for collection (theme concepts, materials, stockists) - Developed embroidery/print designs for textiles of final garments - Organised travel and all logistics relating to trips, processed expenses, organised meetings & conference calls - Ensured seamless execution of meetings - Departmental budget management & reconciliation

Working closely with the studio team on development and production of the SS16 collection, being responsible for the embellishing of all final show pieces - Managing and co-ordinating all textile interns: introducing new techniques and strategies to improve team’s efficiency and tackle specific time constraints and barriers - Co-ordinating with the sales and production team to produce a clear production plan for embroidered garments and specification sheets for production
