In this role, I was accountable for the delivery of Group IT Services workstreams on a major claims simplification programme, the largest programme running at Zurich, at the time. Workstreams included ECM, SAP and MI development and integration, as well as the setup of an internal to external integration component.

Provision of a wide range of security services including infrastructure security, cryptography, biometrics, privacy and counter fraud services. Specialising in the management of security transformation programmes, driven by relevant laws and regulations, incuding PCI DSS, DPA, SoX, and aligned with international standards including ISO 27000, ISF SOGP, ISA, COBIT, etc.
