My time at 288 was spent covering all manner of bug fixes and adding to existing code, adding functionality and database work to make sure the main website continued to function as intended. I also made sure that all front end functionality worked as requested, using various JavaScript libraries, CSS and HTML. Alongside creating functionality within C#, I also created several Triggers / Stored Procedures using MSSQL to take the load away from the codebase.

My time at Historic England was spent acting as a backfill for a Senior Developer who needed to concentrate on a larger single task. I assisted in bug fixing, adding functionality and database work to make sure the main website continued to function as intended. Alongside creating functionality within C#, I also created several Triggers / Stored Procedures using MSSQL to take the load away from the codebase.

I took over a project that was started by a previous contractor. The project was at about 85% to 90% when I took over and the project was nearing completion. The project was a survey for a health organization; the work involved making sure that the scoring system for the survey was correct, adding more functionality to the admin pages and various other project components in various stages of completion.

My main role at Ayrmer was to take to completion a CMS based E-Commerce site using PHP and MySQL as the main platform, using various JavaScript libraries to enhance functionality. The project was at a barebones stage when I came on board and the paperwork was in a very poor state. After taking a few days sorting out the paperwork and familiarizing myself with their own PHP framework, I spent the next three months coding and testing until the customer was satisfied.

I worked for Furlong to help finish off and test their new schools online software. Coded in C#, using MSSQL, the main section of software I worked on was for staff access to different levels of the software hierarchy. This involved setting up the login, ensuring every access level was accounted for and no cross contamination of access occurred. I also took care of finishing off the card scanner clocking in system to allow for several login and logouts to be recording rather than single in and single out.

My first major task was to create 12 websites, new and updates. Some sites had been created in early 2000s and rarely updated. All sites have were created with CodeIgniter. Along with incorporating Web Services, I use a variety of languages to build sites, name HTML, CSS, JS, PHP. I also took care of the literature, ensuring that all images had been properly formatted and enhanced. The literature layouts had been inconsistent, without any uniformity.

My main role at Trakm8 was the updating of the web interface functionality used for tracking vehicles and vehicle states. The system, which uses JavaScript as the mainframe is built using PHP and JavaScript. The updates are consistent as the technology improves for vehicle tracking.
