Provided consultancy service for ABU-DHABI ISLAMIC BANK (ADIB) to turn around five “distressed” projects as part of a critical digital transformation program, touching the bank key operations including treasury management, asset liability management and risk scoring system. This transformation program was CxO pivotal strategy for expanding its market-share as a leading UAE bank operating in Egypt with 5 billion AED in revenue (2016), 70 branches and 1,500 employees in Egypt.

Led Online Modern Solutions (OMS) business architecture practice, as a strategic enabler of OMS expansion in the Middle East since its inception in 2000 (and shutdown in late 2015). OMS has demonstrated remarkable growth as leading ICT services provider in EMEA, it operated offices in Cairo and Dubai, and served clients widespread across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific

Contributed to the design and implementation of enterprise solutions architecture for IT-BLOCKS key accounts in KSA government and public sectors

Contributed to E-SIMPLETECH critical offshore operation (since its inception in 2002 and shutdown in 2011) through the design, build and operation of digital supply chain management systems based on wide array of technologies
