Product Manager of the Agile Release Train "Capacity Management" - Active player of the Agile Transformation of a Digital Solution Train according to the Full SAFe Framework (500 people) - Servent Leader for the implementation of the Methods for an ART of 70 people.

• Active leader of the agile transformation according to the SAFe Framework of a development unit (100 people). • Servant leader for the implementation of agile methods for a team of 7 technical specialists. • Portfoliomanager of an automatisation program, with costs saving objective of several millions.

Service Management Operation is a unit of Requirements and Project Management, we ensure the process management, production integrity, establishment of Service Level Agreemetns (SLA) and the Business Coutinuity Management (BCM).

The Railway power team is responsible of ensuring the supply of electrical networks and therfore the railway traffic. Main tasks : • Head of a group of 12 specialists • Projects - Staff training - Operating aspects of a new installation - Staff planning • Working as an Operating specialist As a network management system specialist, my goal is to develop the know-how and the capabilities of the team in order to improve both quality and security.

Employee within a German speaking work group, I'm responsible for the western Switzerland. I assure the availability of the system and its updates in order to ensure the rail traffic.

Head of one of the biggest Department of the company, I took the lead of 300 employees. My missions were to take care of the quality delivered, the satisfaction of our clients and the well-being of our employees. To reach my goals, the strategical decision were taken in close relation with the Human Resources, Education and Planning Department and the Direction. During this experience, I show my organizational capacities, leadership, strong stress resistance and naturally a perfect communication skills.

Used to work ocasionally for the security of the Forum around the world (China, India or Qatar). Has to deal with different cultures and different manner of thinking. Use to work with the regional security team to reach the final objectives.

Diversified activities carried on during my studies where I developed initiative and team spirit. I had in particular to deal with the maintenance of the technical installations of a carpark.

GeoSIG develops and manufactures seismic, strong motion and dynamic measuring instruments. I used to work for the assembly, calibrations, tests and repairs of the instruments.
