As a research assistant in the field of Aerospace Structure Discipline, I work on Thermoplastic Composite materials which involve the following objectives: Studying the effect of temperature and viscosity of matrix on the forming behavior (especially shear characteristics) of the given material using ABAQUS/Explicit. Experimentally examine the effect of various temperature grids on the forming induced defects using Hemispherical dome test.
