This position allowed me to manage my own ticket sales campaign to sell All-Inclusive packages, Group Tickets, and other various ticket packages. Through e-mail blasts, followed by phone calls, I was able to market these ticket packages to a database of over 750 clients. I was able to create ticket revenue of nearly $45,000. Furthermore, I assisted in daily operations in the ticket sales department of Monumental, specifically for the Washington Capitals.

During my time at the Financial and Economical Consulting Hans-Heinrich Büker I primarily worked on database creation and maintenance, presentation design and realization and Data controlling. Furthermore major parts in my daily responsibilities were direct customer support and clerical work. Additionally I got the chance to get to know various areas of the financial market and the insurance industry and to improve my knowledge about these areas.
