Responsible for design and implementation of a new logistics & distribution network to launch a retail fashion brand in Europe. Key accountabilities: - Planning supply chain architecture from strategy to operational execution - Management of a RFP for the sourcing, negotiations and integration of a 3PL supplier - Recruiting of a team of operations managers - Responsible for network performance and for the development of KPIs to report on operations, costs, profitability and improvement initiatives

Responsible for operations at 11 DC, managing 4 global 3PL suppliers and a team of regional direct reports Allocate capacity and resources to meet factory output and revenue targets under continued SOX compliance -Developed X-regional scorecard to drive global consistency, benchmarking, cost/service improvements Implemented/Supported X-functional initiatives to improve SC service and resiliency at regional/global level (LEAN manufacturing, Business Continuity Plans, LT reduction, direct-ship)

Responsible for performance and continuous process improvement of the transportation network of Gillette / Braun / Duracell / Oral-B components and finished products from global factories to regional DC across Europe and Asia. Key responsibilities: - Transportation management (Air, Sea, Land) - 3PL Implementation / Contract management - Performance measurement/Process optimisation/Reporting - Sourcing/Vendor integration/Project management - Freight reporting/budgeting

Manage air/sea transport strategy and operations into Middle East and Africa. Responsible for transportation project planning and implementation, 3PL management, network performance, reporting and process improvement.

Responsible for compliance of export operations with EU & Customs regulations. Participate in the contract management activities for international transportation, from RFQs to rates negotiations and performance-review meetings. Provide Customs input for the implementation of strategic Logistics planning.
