Duties also include: identification of innovative concepts and solutions, protection of Intellectual Property through patent application disclosures, industry visibility initiatives (e.g. participation in Power Electronics conferences).

Senior Consultant with MOX Consulting, assigned to IT projects for S.S.C. (part of the Pirelli / Telecom Italia group). Duties included design, development and maintenance of advanced e-business and e-CRM solutions for the Pirelli Tyre business.

Customer Service Manager: Leading the Customer Service team for the region, managing the after-sales business, including Service marketing, Service field activities and spare parts. Lean Coordinator: Responsible for the introduction of Lean methodologies throughout the organisation, with particular reference to logistics and operations. R&D Engineer: HW, FW & SW design in conjunction with other R&D centres (Raileigh US, and Helsinki FIN); NPI Project Leader, with increasing responsibility over time.

Involved in development and maintenance of software for Telecom equipment. Particularly, Call Processing software for the BSS (Base Station Subsystem) in the GSM system.

Involved in the installation, commissioning and integration of Telecom equipment: definition of work instructions, selection of materials and instruments, support to marketing and accounting during the tendering phase, training of sub-contractors.

Involved in the design and development of software for Siemens Telecom equipment. Particularly, involved in the development of software for the BSC (Base Station Controller) in the GSM system.
