Dotted reporting to Global Supply Chain function, stakeholder on key process like AOP(Annual Operation Plan) SIOP(Sales, Inventory Operation Plan) MPS (Master Production Scheduling)

Program Launch Leader for new product introduction, Customer Team represantive on site with following main responsability: - Timing achievement for new product industrialization - Inter-functional project leader - Pre-production planner: machine and material availability, - Bill of material management - Serial production ramp up: key metrics (productivity, PPM, Safety, OTTR) monitoring, escalation process leader to Customer Team.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, responsible for managing two production cells on three shifts. Key activities include shift management, team motivation, contingency plan, absence management, skill development, performance achievement. Responsible to assure delivery and quality in a safety environment. Working in team with Maintenance, Logistic, Customer Desk, Quality Assurance, HR and Engineering department to maintain and develop best practice of production.
