In my current role I am responsible for Accountancy, Finance and Banking recruitment across a broad range of sectors from funds and banking to commerce, industry and practice. Allen Recruitment has a very simple philosophy of "treat every candidate as we would like to be treated if we were looking for a job" and this has been my approach to recruitment for the past 9 years.

Set up a branch of fast recruitment in Dublin in 2004. I originally worked for fast recruitment in Luxembourg from 2000 - 2003. The company specialises in financial services recruitment and training. This was a fantastic experience as it gave me exposure to the challenges and opportunities involved in setting up a company from scratch.
