- Promoting and Selling Shoes - Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers. - Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer - Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials. - Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement

- Giving Students free confidential advice on issues ranging from visa extensions to housing complaints. - Planning, promoting and running events such as Freshers Week and our Housing Fair. - Communicating with people at all levels in the Organisation either face to face, via telephone or email. - Completing a range of administrative tasks, booking appointments and updating our database. - Deputising in the Managers absence and attending meetings when required.

- Helping the Student recruitment team and Outreach teams, including supporting visit days, open days,campus tours, higher education fairs, school talks, campus visits and summer schools. - Advising school students about the different options available at Higher Education’s in general.
