goal of this ATK project: “Our generation will stop the disadvantaged situation on poverty” by this demonstration project in showing that we can reach up to 5000 people in a disadvantaged situation of poverty in recovering their self-esteem, so they can regain the direction of their life in a sustainable manner. From the project will grow a basic movement that creates a social basis for the fundamental solutions.

Improved team internal processes according to ISO20000. Created Mail templates for consistent external communication. Updated DMS reference data to reflect the new organization structure. Designed, in VISO (UML like), from scratch, the ITIL processes Availability, Capacity, Continuity, Configuration and Change in-line with contract specifications, budget and tool portfolio. Constructed a house in Belgium. Designed the architecture, searched and selected product and suppliers, negotiated contracts, performed technical discussions, followed up on construction progress, conflict resolution, invoice control and payments.

Projects during CGI employment :  Created a cost model (OPEX) in Excel for the Vodafone Group in liaison with the finance department.  Lead a team of up to 6 professional consultants.
