In charge of supporting the start up of the Romanian branch and developing business in key market segments, with a focus on the energy, telecommunications. Managed team of 10 direct reports. + Project P/L (avg. size of €200-600,000) and client relationships responsibility in the Pharma and Energy sectors. Scope included strategic planning, post-merger integration, commercial strategy and operations, CRM, change management. Managed team on average of 3 to 5 FTEs.

Developed and coordinated regional forecasts, budget and strategic plans; supported the divestment process of the E&C Division (due diligence, data room); defined the business plan for a joint venture in Morocco; designed and implemented the controlling model.

Provided financial modeling expertise to support scouting and evaluation of new business development opportunities (Tender offers for Greenfield power plants development in project financing).
