• in charge with the supervision of projects in Meyer Werft, Papenburg and Chantiers de l'Atlantique, Saint Nazaire. • coordinate the activity of connection joints of Blocksections onboard and on the dock platform. • oversee each project life from start to completion, with a focus on quality proficiency and resource efficiency. • estimating and negotiating new projects with clients and yard managers. • anticipate and eliminate of the blocking points for a successful and profitable project outcome.

• in charge with the outfitting of several sections from Laserzentrum in Meyer Werft and with the connection joints of Blocksections onboard. • plan and organize the internal production according to the building schedule from Meyer Werft. • estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales. • re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary. • liaising with clients and suppliers and sales staff. • issue weekly reports regarding the status and development of ongoing projects

• in charge with supervision of projects in Groningen Shipyard and in Meyer Werft • develop an overall build strategy and prepare a detailed project schedule to meet the contract delivery terms and conditions. • making quotations regarding the work given by the shipyard (block sections, joints, small steel work, etc.) • continuous monitoring of revenue, cost and contribution against budget, schedule performance against baseline, and prepare weekly reports for management.

• responsible for inspections & checks during construction and commissioning of the vessel on behalf of the owner. The inspections were related to hull, outfitting and corrosion protection activities ensuring that the construction is in line with the approved technical drawings, quality standards and specification. • attending shop tests, inspection and commission of main equipment. • monitoring the quality standards and provide non-conformity reports found during patrolling. • attending sea trials

• execution of inspections & checks during construction and commissioning of the vessel for hull, outfitting and corrosion protection activities. • knowledge of applicable documents and procedures. • notification of all comments done during inspection/checks. • presentation to class & client of the outstanding remarks • presence to production meetings • preventive checks and notification of shipyard for improved quality. • providing tips for improving the drawings “ready for production”.

• designing and research of HVAC, central heating, sanitary systems and outfitting (insulation and carpentry) for marine and land applications. • knowledge of technical documentation of project. • solve technical issues arising in the production process (design errors, problems with technology). • notification of all comments done during inspections and checks. • checking progress of works, presence to production meetings. • knowledge of the quality standard regulations in shipbuilding.
