 Coordinate with government authorities, service providers, and developers in order to manage community facilities and ensure continuous operations.  Inspect sites to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards of community assets as well as amenities.  Oversee contractors and facility staff to ensure on-time completion of maintenance, landscaping, and security operations.

 Oversee day-to-day operations of Dubai Customs facilities according to engineering and safety standards.  Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility staff for the implementation of repair and maintenance activities.

 Oversee site execution and work with contractors to advance the project in scope and on schedule.  Inspect material and equipment installations against design drawings and technical specifications.  Oversee construction crews and manage the proper distribution of labor and resources on the site.  Review progress and provide daily, weekly, and monthly site reports to management.

 Direct daily site activities and ensure work conformity to approved drawings and project schedules.  Coordinate people, materials, and equipment to ensure continuous workflow.  Track contractor progress and document completed work for reporting and billing.  Inspect installations and confirm construction quality adherence to structural and civil engineering codes.
