Tivoli Netview, Lucent Vitalnet, CiscoWorks, Syslog, Remedy ARS , Voyence. Wich are installed on AIX/Redhat/Windows servers. And they are supported by MS SQL or Sybase databases. Also deeply involved in the internal education system for upskiling and newcommers inside the NSD department
