Dealing with: 1) Analysis of all BU related Latin American companies financial Statements (LA).2) Process of those BS and P&Ls information to get monthly reports to summarize in the Monthly Board Meeting Report. 3) Involved in Monthly Report under SW GAAPS and IFRS, per project, per activity, orderbookings, consolidated of BU LA., Reporting to SW Headquarter

The main aim of the department is to minimize taxes risks of the company by means of an accurate declaration of national, provincial, and municipal taxes. Keeping up to date and fulfilling obligations of statutory fiscal authorities, the taxes involved are: Value Added Tax (VAT), Income Tax Return, Energetic Taxes, Sales Municipal and Provincial Taxes, Sales Tax Stamps, amongst others. Preparation and analysis of Monthly Taxes Balances, Deffered Tax Method, Balance Sheet Chilean GAAPs. Q TAXES Audit

General Ledger, reconciliations of accounts payables, Clients, Billings, Responsible for Monthly Reports to the investors Income Statement, By Job and Balance Sheet. Nacional & Provincial taxes returns.

General Ledger, reconciliations, banks, clients, accounts payable, payrolls, AFEs, amongst others. Reporting to headquarter (Houston/ US) on a monthly Basis (US GAAPs). Reports Income St, By Job, Balance Sheet, Tax Return Provision by Deferral Method, Assets, Income Whitholding tax intercompany. Balance Sheets & Taxes Auditories in charge (ERNST & YOUNG ARG). Local Tax Returns.
