Responsible for: Coaching product development teams and adapting agile methodologies. Fostering continuous exploration, CI, CD and release on demand approach across multiple development teams. Supporting product owners and facilitating exercises for shaping and managing roadmaps for the portfolio. Spread knowledge about agile methodologies, methods, values, and best practices. Working closely with management on improving communication and collaboration between development teams and other departments.

Contributing with the implementation of work methodologies that increase the teams effectiveness by tailoring the method or framework according to the team maturity. Foster strong lines of communication within the teams and between other stakeholders across the organisation. Identify organisational impediments to agile success and work with leadership and delivery teams to overcome them.

Responsible for: Following and ensuring the whole product lifecycle. Shaping and managing roadmaps for the portfolio, based on inputs from different sources. Engagement with stakeholders to cover the strategic aspects of development, including product vision definition and roadmap creation, keeping product ROI, deadlines and business value delivery. Contributing to product release planning while refining the product backlog considering both business and technical inputs.

Responsible for: Ensuring the analysis, specification, design, development, testing and implementation of hardware and software of Wi-Fi devices, including project with external partners for OEM and ODM projects. Initiating the project plan (Scope, Project activities, schedule planning to include Critical Path identification, Risk identification and contingency planning). Preparing and performing pre-tests of the standard ANATEL (Electromagnetic Compatibility - EMC) for OEM and ODM products.

Telecom Development Engineer. The main focus of this job is to develop embedded systems for telecom (e.g. Digital PBX and IP PBX). Responsible for: Building features for telecommunications devices (PBX, IP PBX, IP Phones) in C and C++. Verification and Validation of telecom and networking products. On site system integration and acceptance test. Designing and developing test methods/cases, including test simulators. Establish integration & verification scope, design detail test cases.

Emphasis on embedded systems development (SoC).
