Manage the OEM account team in Europe to grow sustainable the market position and becam a technical leader in the coating segment. • Accomplished business negotiations that lead into global and European agreements. As a result of those conducted negotiations, we achieved awards that granted an annual business well over 40M€/a. • Design and implement new business modules into existing as well as new markets. Negotiated successfully long term agreements for the Russian as well as the Rumanian market.

Manage a team of process/chemical/industrial engineers within the central technical department of the global organization. Technical coordination of development projects prior & during SOP across countries. • Support during the design, construction and launch of four manufacturing facilities in North America • Develop and launch of prototype-shop & material lab in Troy. Manage material- & product development department.

Optimize existing manufacturing processes & equipment, technical support for associated manufacturing facilities, quality management, to obtain and measure the process capability for new processes, utilizing tools like FMEA, SPC, CPK, Gage R & R, develop PUR systems that meet project as well as innovative related expectations.
