Responsible for the integration of new colleagues into Altran and support to the business managers for the pursuit of new Clients: • Search for new human resources (selection and evaluation of the CVs). • Support to the business managers in the preparation of technical offers to the Clients. • Tutoring of new resources to ease their entry in Altran.

Investigation on Defect Reports issued by the Customers on both military programs (MB-339, SF260, M346, C-27J) and civil programs of Alenia Aermacchi. • First evaluation and classification of the Defect Report. • Leading of the Defect Review Board through all the phases of the investigation. • Final reporting to the Customers and statement of the investigation’s results and solutions (Investigation Report, Service Bulletin, Service Letter, Technical Prescription)

Responsible for the installation of the secondary structure and the related harnesses in a specific container of Section 18 Upper Deck on Airbus A380 aircraft in Toulouse (France). • Check of the installations on the aircraft according to the drawings. • Identification and analysis of the problems related to the installation until the final solution. • Coordination of the group in charge of issuing the official documentation necessary for the update of the drawings. • Validation of subcontractors’ 3D Models

Responsible of a design team on Airbus A380 aircraft in Hamburg and Rostock (Germany). • Management of the workloads inside the team. • Quality check on the CATIA V4 models to deliver to the Customer. • Solution of the criticalities together with the Customer
