Conducted a spatial and statistical analysis of the impact of aquaculture on mangrove forest loss across Asia, providing actionable insights for regional conservation efforts. Developed algorithms to assess the environmental impact of aquaculture pond construction, leading to more efficient monitoring of mangrove forest dynamics.

Led technical processes and project planning for "Coastal Resilience to Climate Change in Cuba through Ecosystem-Based Adaptation", funded by the Green Climate Fund. Managed the restoration of coastal wetlands, improving resilience to climate impacts and benefiting over 40,000 coastal residents. Established a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to increase project accountability and track progress.

Managed the international project 'Reducing vulnerability to coastal flooding through ecosystem-based adaptation', benefiting 21,502 community members (46% women) in the southern provinces of Cuba. • Coordinated technical and financial processes, leading a team of over 200 people to successful project completion.
