Duties: Define and develop the strategy of the production teams (Currently +200 Employees) in order to fulfill the production plans Estimates and control production cost Design reports and analyze production trends and quality controls to increase efficiency

Implement & manage the production system in the company, lead the continuous improvement activities & train the colleagues in lean manufacturing tools. Duties: Coordinator of the Six sigma program Identify and facilitate Quality and process improvement projects Training workshops to drive cultural change. Conduct root cause analysis, to determine metrics, Troubleshoot manufacturing/ business and assembly issues, material flow, production capacity, etc.

Control of feasibility of new projects considering the design of the product and the capacity in current machines. Duties: Review of manufacturing concepts for new products Analyze the feasibility regarding volume & Machine capacity for new projects Coordinate with Headquarters the order, purchasing & installation of new machines and modules Support of process engineering department for optimizations Coordination point between design department (construction) & Manufacturing department

Responsible of the technical documents for the develop of new products. Creation and manage of PFMEA with a crossfuctional team. Develop of work instruction, error proofing plans and definitions of parameter to ensurance the quality of a product. Creation of systems to calculate the capacity of the machine to help determine the manufacturing concept of current and new products.

Development of a database that allow the company to control the production, the quality and the maintenance of the machines. This tool allows the company to control all the aspects of the production line in several reports that go directly to the CEO of the company. Responsalbe of the company for in the ISO 9001:2008 Certification audit in the areas of Human resources & Information technologies
