Maintain and develop a cohesive, motivated and effective team to deliver plant commitments following a genuine culture of continuous improvement across the areas. Continuity to action plans to maintain plant certifications: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, BASC-CTPAT.

Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six sigma activities in America and Europe regions. Benchmarking opportunities and best practices in the manufacturing plants were maintained with Continuous Improvement activities followed. Participate in developing standard training materials, audits and certification process for all Ansell plants. Coaching Continuous Improvement managers to support Lean and Six Sigma plant leaders to effectively manage projects directed to support manufacturing plants metrics.

Support to Western Hemisphere plants and new plants acquisitions in developing a structure to perform Continuous Improvement activities by using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools. Developed and designed training materials as well as training employees to meet the characteristics of the manufacturing systems and local resources from each plant. Coaching Continuous Improvement leaders to monitor and report management over the performance status and results of the projects.

Manage Green Belt projects for Mexico operations. Training direct and indirect level on Self Directed Work Teams by using Six Sigma Basic tools, training supervision personnel on Green Belt skills.

Support and conduct Safety systems and Environment, assure compliance of the Quality system, conduct Production Processes, Structure and control of supporting departments budget. Personnel development and training for employees.
