Development of SCADA / HMI / MES / PLC standards for machine control and batch tracking in FactoryTalk / Allen Bradley platforms. Drafting protocols and assisting in machine acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) and validation for a regulated environment (IQ/OQ/SOQ) Providing 24/7 production support by troubleshooting, carrying out root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

• Performing site surveys and telemetry data analysis, identifying operational inefficiencies and energy savings opportunities. • Deployment and commissioning of software solutions and energy metering equipment. • Documenting and reporting method of procedure for new installations, recommended measures for improved energy efficiency and savings projections.

Instructing students in the Linear Control Systems Laboratory in the Department of Electrical Engineering, covering the following topics: • Programmable Logic Controllers, Allen Bradley’s RsLogix 500 and 5000. • LabVIEW programming and data acquisition. • System modeling, identification, and compensator design in MATLAB. Redesigned the laboratory manuals for the Fall 2012 term, incorporating procedures for newly acquired equipment, changes in the syllabus, and new experiments.
