a) Plan, direct, and co-ordinate a crossfunctional team’s activities to manage andimplement project and/or interrelated Programs from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage. b) Determine, monitor, and review all project/Program economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, sub-contractors, resources, and risk. c) Identify and assemble the appropriate blend of resources to meet project/Program needs and requirements, including sub-contractor selection.

• Training/coaching provisioning on reactive support teams, • work on complex incidents, • identify and solve problems, • responsibility on all change management, • defining and executing work orders to implement changes, • customer contact on projects/tasks • consulting provision, • implementation and system management, • availability and capacity management

• Management of a team composed by 18 agents providing support for +8000 servers • Resource planning • Change management / supervision • Tackling most challenging L1/L2 cases before escalating them to higher level of support • Handling critical escalations towards hardware and software vendors (HPE/SuSE/RHEL/VMWARE) • KPI and SLA monitoring & fulfillment • Making sure the team provides highest possible quality of work • Planning and keeping track of team's day-to-day activities

• Management of a team composed by 12 agents providing support for +5000 servers • Resource planning • Tackling most challenging L1/L2 cases before escalating them to higher level of support • Handling of complex mass server patching both on technical and administrative side (Nokia Siemens Networks, Airbus, Syngenta) • KPI and SLA monitoring & fulfillment • Making sure the team provides highest possible quality of work • Planning and keeping track of team's day-to-day activities

Responsibilities: • Remote server support for UNIX based systems such as (mainly) Linux, HP-UX, AIX and Solaris • Cluster support and maintenance (on OS level) • Problem detection, management and resolution using remote tools • End-user support and communication in English language via email or phone • Cooperation with other internal and external teams including planned maintenances and downtimes
