Based in Madrid, Prague, Budapest and Bratislava, and as head of the group’s auditing activity, responsibility for the definition, implementation and execution in various customers of auditing concepts for carrying out the group's business.

My main responsibility is the sales process and the account management of prospects and existing clients. Help to define the targets of potential sectors / customers and to develop the business tools specific to each situation. Manage and provide technical support at the start-up stage of the missions as well as tracking back of each of them. Reporting to Board Members in the Companies.

Based in Milan and Madrid and as manager for Italy, Grecee, Turkey, Argentina, Colombia and Poland, implementation of business and operational policies necessary for carrying out the group's activity in those countries. 360º management of the three subsidiaries: legal, financial, operational and commercial representation. Organic structure made up of over 20 people in the different offices. Key Account Manager of international DIA% account.

Management and accounting of the group's various companies (S.A., S.L., foundations, personal holding companies). Preparation of budgets, accounting period closes, monthly reports for the Financial Department and the steering committee. Preparation of individual corporation tax. Collaboration with management control department for preparing the consolidated corporation tax. Management of cash flow Preparation of income and asset declarations of group’s founding partners.
