Luka Hrastnik

Since August 2022, I am working in the Controlling department at Lidl Slovenia. My responsibilities include preparing advanced reports and analyses in tools like SSBI and MicroStrategy, automating processes, visualizing data for strategic decision-making, and planning. I also collaborate across departments and use tools such as SAP, SSBI, and advanced Excel to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and support business objectives.

In November 2020, I joined the Controlling department. I independently prepared business cases, monthly and quarterly reports, and managed the operational aspects of the controlling process. I handled monthly production closing in SAP, ensuring accurate cost allocation and reporting. As a SAP key user, I supported colleagues and led system optimizations. I worked with SAP FI-CO, SAP S/4HANA, AfO, and advanced Excel, automating processes and ensuring data accuracy across various functions.

In my role within the accounting department, I was responsible for optimizing and executing Order to Cash (O2C) processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, as a project manager, I successfully led the implementation of paperless workflows in customer-related operations, streamlining processes and contributing to a more sustainable and modern work environment.
