I prepared, tested, corrected, and analyzed a large firm dataset of millions of firms and shareholders using Python. I developed a pipeline of string matching methods, including supervised learning procedures. Due to the size of the data, specific attention had to be devised to efficient coding in terms of working memory and computation time. Parts of the analysis had to be performed on a high-performance cluster, making use of Docker and SSH. I coded on multiple machines by using Github.
