I am responsible for Monthly closing, Forecasting and Reporting. I cooperate at HQ presentations (monthly TMM, MFR and quarterly QBR ppts – results with explanation of deviations. I prepare Weekly Flash report as results review of the group, Working Capital and FTE reports. I support BUD preparation process (group templates, presentations, etc.) and do the HFM / DataRails administration. I assist also in process improvements on a group level.

I created regular monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for Finance department according to requirements (OPEX and CAPEX). I improved existing excel reports and support teams with their requirements (Development, Investment, HQ and VURUP departments). I assisted in creation of Power BI and Power Point presentations.

As a member of Export department I was responsible for daily monitoring of sales prices and volumes in Poland and Czech Republic. I supported coordinators with their requirements, cooperated with locals and HQ. I did monthly planning, improved existed excel reports and presentations and did other administrative jobs as needed.

I created regular monthly, quarterly, yearly reports for finance department according to requirements, prepared ad hoc financial analysis and reports from various sources. I managed daily responsibilities while also working on additional projects. I participated in SAP implementation discussions to identify requirements, reviewed reports according to requirements. I assisted in creation of PowerPoint presentations and performed other related duties as assigned.

I was responsible for gathering and processing data from two sides: suppliers and group members, preparing reports for EURONICS International, its suppliers and members. I organized monthly and quarterly meetings. Together with an external IT Specialist I launched and implemented a new system for processing data and making reports to enable a smoother and quicker company communication.

In Logistics I processed orders in SAP, cooperated and communicated with the warehouse and the group of buyers. I did reports for national branch GM and Sales managers and the administration needed. I processed complaint forms in SAP and I adjusted product prices to create catalogues and did other administrative jobs as needed.
