I managed daily responsibilities while also working on additional projects. I participated in SAP implementation discussions to identify requirements, reviewed reports according to requirements. I assisted in creation of PowerPoint presentations and performed other related duties as assigned.
I was responsible for gathering and processing data from two sides: suppliers and group members, preparing reports for EURONICS International, its suppliers and members. I organized monthly and quarterly meetings. Together with an external IT Specialist I launched and implemented a new system for processing data and making reports to enable a smoother and quicker company communication.
