As an advisor to a pre-seed fintech in Germany, I drove innovation and scalability through hands-on engineering and strategic guidance. I collaborated closely with the team, coded alongside them, and fostered a flat hierarchy and unified technical vision. My efforts centered on building scalable systems, defining a technology roadmap, and aligning technical insights with business goals to support a successful launch and long-term growth.

As the first tech hire at a high-growth FinTech startup, I became Principal Engineer, leading the development of an AI-driven tax platform generating €90MM annually. Reporting to the CTO, I built the product and scaled engineering teams, drove Agile development, and used Holacracy to deliver customer-focused solutions. Emphasizing data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration, I aligned tech strategy with the mission of empowering the working class.

I have led front-end development in international, agile teams across the automotive and healthcare industries. I spearheaded the creation of a web-based presentation tool for QA in the automotive sector. In healthcare, I designed and built front-end architectures while also serving as a full-stack developer. My role involved coordinating developer teams, ensuring quality through code reviews and coaching, and advising architects and Product Owners on scalability and system maturity.

I began my career with hands-on roles at HP and its spin-offs (Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Micro Focus, DXC Technology), evolving into a versatile professional with extensive experience leading international teams and driving innovation in the automotive and telecom industries. Skilled in cloud transformation, cybersecurity analytics, and service innovation, I’ve reengineered platforms, developed strategic web applications, and managed projects end-to-end to improve performance and efficiency.
