Analyze and manage security issues such as: - Security incidents - Access Control - Network usage - Implement and maintain ISO 27001 certification - Implement and maintain ISO 9001 certification - Implement and maintain PCI DSS

- Manage/supervise Course Development Managers and contractors hired to develop courses. - Review training content developed by course development managers/partners/agents on various subjects. - Guide employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating developments to management.

- Design training content on subjects related to Information Security, based mainly on ISO standards, ITIL, NIST and others as assigned. - Create articles, case studies, whitepapers, and other promotional material related to above mentioned training courses and standards. - Create quizzes, homework, exercises, essay type and multiple-choice exams for the above mentioned training courses.

• Understanding principles of IPTV transmission and services offered by PTK • Understanding the design of an IPTV network with MPEG/IP/Encoders, switches, routers, middleware server and IP set top boxes. • Troubleshooting IPTV issues from client calls.
