Ensure a continuous and dynamic improvement process for all functions, locations and all levels of employees are involved. Establish and steer a standardized and automated Know-How exchange amongst all locations in the Asia region, in cooperation with the Production system functions globally.

1. Driving Continuous Improvement activities in China – 4 plants 2. Using Lean manufacturing tools to lead team for eliminating waste and achieving cost saving 3. Creating Standard Procedure within China plants and rolling out. 4. Provide Training & Expert development 5. Make sure Suggestion Program sustainable. 6. Lean performance audit

1. Working as Project Manager for plant relocation coordination. 2. Arranging customer audit schedule and leading the preparation internally 3. Cooperate with related functions for the relocation arrangement, such as equipment relocation, stock preparation, quality control etc.

1. Responsible for the quality since new project launch until EOP. 2. Lead APQP process for assigned product launch. 3. Assure best practices and lessons learned implementation 4. Participant on-site assembly tryout at customer’s company. 5. Examine technology discipline observance and getting involved in field quality problem solution. 6. Deal with 8D and give customer feedback on time for complaints. 7. Collect & analyze quality data to make sure continuous improvement in production process
