• Global WAN and WAN Optimization service delivery within BSH global - EMEA, AMERICAS, APAC, GC • Participate the activities of WAN service hand over to mother company Robert Bosch. Mutual know-how transfer between BOSCH and BSH. • Give consultation. Offer/present most convenient solution based on limited budget and technical dependencies. • Build activities in the WAN area, coordination of external providers for planning and fault clearance in the case of technical problems (e.g. escalation).

- Ensure high availability demand based on the cutting edge technologies. - Deliver global WAN and WOS (riverbed network optimization) services with international team. - Ensure proper service follow-up and escalation. Synchronize and communicate between service provider team and customer. - Maintain customer satisfaction by providing services that are fully compliant with the SLA. - Act as the single point of contact between internal customers and service provider.

- Install, configure, and support the LANs WANs and Internet systems.  - Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.  - Document network support activities.  - Supervise other network support technicians and plan, co-ordinate, and implement network security measures.  - Manage performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of the network resources.

- Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs; - Planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness; - Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision; - Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack; - Providing users with appropriate support and advice;

- Developing and testing security systems which based on smart cards.
