Defining, measuring and improving ЕМЕА contact center agent processes. Acting as change owner and participating as agent process subject matter expert in regional and global initiatives/projects, which included providing inputs regarding agent desktop tool capabilities and functionalities.

Coordinating of the whole process for repairing of non-working HP equipment at customer site. Liaising with the corporate customers. Scheduling of onsite engineers in the respective country/region.

Keeping customers informed, setting and following up on commitments, keeping precise case documentation and case ownership. Meeting deadlines and delivering services according to customers’ service level agreements.

Includes a number of specialized training courses in the field of economic sciences, such as strategic marketing and marketing mix, accounting and controlling, commercial and civil law, macro and microeconomics and others.

Eight-semester course of study at the Faculty of German Engineering and Industrial Management. Professional qualification - Computer Engineer. Contains the fundamental courses in mathematics and informatics, as well as a complementary group of disciplines that form the foundation of computer sciences and engineering e.g. Algorithms, Data Structures, OOP, Programming paradigms, Databases, Microprocessors, Operating Systems etc.
