Design and implement the Selection Department's strategies, policies and procedures in accordance with the organization global objectives; lead selection specialist team; manage recruitment and selection processes to commercial, service and industrial clients in Spain; interview and assess candidates by means of appropriate methodology; present the candidates to our clients and support them in all selection processes; perform follow-up of the selected candidates; and develop and maintain candidate's databas
