I am responsible for the coordination for the Legal Compliance transfer pricing documentation requirements (CbC & Local /Master file) of every country for international projects. • I provide support to transfer pricing audits, Due Diligence projects, MAP or APA cases. • I supervise and/or prepare benchmarking/market studies in relation to transfer pricing documentation purposes. I have also prepare financial benchmarkings focused on international shareholder loans

• I was selected to be part of the implementation team of the new area inside the Transfer Pricing Department at Dupont: Legal Compliance. (CbC & Local /Master file). • I performed economic analysis ensuring transfer pricing results were in alignment with DuPont policies. • I reviewed daily and weekly Transfer pricing calculations and prepared segmented profit and loss for EMEA entities. • I made price adjustments where required after analysing the profitability of products.

I worked preparing transfer pricing documentation according to Mexico requirements along with other countries. • I provided support to international tax and transfer pricing planning projects as well as supporting transfer pricing audits, MAP or APA cases. • I collaborated with my managers undertaking functional analysis interviews. • I performed benchmarking studies and analysing the clients issues for transfer pricing documentation purposes. • I assisted in the management of several clients.
