• Preparation of a full project planning & VOBES process. • Creating or modifying 3D Model of Cockpit, KSK, Interior Harness (EHI), Electrical Component, Plastic parts of a car (Volkswagen & AUDI) using CATIA V5 software. • Analysis of the 3D wire harness modell in the DMU (Digital Mock Up) system & check clash. Make 2D graphical representation Using L Dorado, ELENA software.

• Maintenance various machine like Sand blasting m/c, Crinkle m/c, Needle m/c, PP m/c, Knicking m/c, Laser m/c, Grinding m/c etc. • Assist in monitoring and reviewing scheduled production plan and targets. Handling and supervision of the work of manufacturing unit with special attention to production process and quality control. Analyze factory performance in terms of overall efficiency for various sections of the productions.
