- Design new processes and workflows for new product launch, starting with manual processes and then scaling it up in steps for large scale production - Find automatic solutions for the existing manual processes for improved process stability, labor cost saving and high production volume - Propose new projects using cost saving model to identify when automation is justified and to what degree - Improve packaging machines, work with packaging team to source new packaging, printing and labeling technologies

• Assist in creating new factory design and layout e.GO Mobile AG • Machine modification or simplification for layout improvement

• Work on factory planning/expansion projects for Beiersdorf, Henkel and other manufacturing companies

• Implement new Engineering Projects • Continuous improvement with Squeeze Project for cost saving • Explore the feasibility of new automation projects • Implement process improvement plans for higher yields

• Improve and implement Preventive Maintenance Plan • Implement TPM and ensure 100% PM adherence • Design new operating model to maximize machine utilization • Create and update standard operating procedure (SOP)

• Prepare action plan for the improvement of production procedures • Work on production lines for downtime reduction and OEE improvement • Carry out installation Qualification (IQ) for new machines for new projects • Negotiate with external supplier for new machines and spare parts

• Training and workshop on BOSCH Production System (BPS) • Assist with the production control and data management and quality control under supervision
