For the first 5 months, i've worked in payroll department and dealed with the operations like; preparing the factor credits, SSK, İŞKUR and controlling the stuff's working times. Later; i've joined the HUMAN RESOURCES department in head quarter and dealed with employees.I worked recruiting for 5 stores. I prepared and did interwievs with the stuffs who are looking for a job in the head quarter or warehouses. I programed the time schedule for trainings and also give trainings to the employees.

I've worked in PRAKTIKER Head Quarter in recuiting, training - development and payroll units. I've joined assestments, private and common interviews. Also i was in the Learning Management System units.The annual fee, no analysis from HAY Group..
