As part of the Product Development team for the Tax applications, I focus on Business Analysis requirements, Functional Testing and Project Management from initial request to implementation. Main projects: - New German, Belgian and Italian Taxes creation - Capital Gain Tax application enhancement - Transparent Target Funds requirements - Billing reporting automation - Process improvement following the Agile methodology - Client and Regulatory Change requests including UK Tax, Income

Pooling Business on boarding including Funds/Classes launch and conversions. Follow up client and internal/external audit queries. Ensure Prices accuracy and delivery per client deadlines.

Create the Testing Phases. Define the Test Strategy (purpose, ownership, objectives, scope, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, SQA, BUAT & CUAT). Write the Test Approach, Test Scenarios and Cases for the Pricing Phase. Agree all environments availability for Testing. Coordinate Testing between teams based in 6 locations worldwide. Keep track of all dependencies & deliverables in the Project Plan. Ensure Defect Management and Reporting consistency between all teams.

Current State Analysis after new Business acquisition: Value chains and process flows creation for different streams. Future Model Definition (Target State): Interaction with Business, CoE & IT teams to create the best solution with all parameters (time, cost, client involvement, local regulation constraints). BSD's creation for the Future model. Gap Identification: Record with the IT team all Gaps between Current & Target State for new interfaces.

Creation and Management of a new team (20 people) for 2 Luxembourg clients. Transfer of over 90 funds NAV calculation to Poland with 9 daily deadlines. Identify issues in service delivery, carry out corrective action and track progress. Ensure that documentation on processes, procedures & controls is up-to-date and followed. Implement development goals for each employee, provide training and regular feedback. Undertake recruitment interviews for new staff.

Responsible for Class Hedging and enhanced Equalization projects in MCH Accounting system. Implementation of new Swap functionalities with posting rules (used for all automated transactions) & trials update. Responsible for the handover of the Accounting systems support to London.

Analysis, Testing, Set Up and Implementation of Pooling structures. Coordination of Departments such as Business, Best Process, Programmers, Server Management, DBA and UAT. Conversions of Equity/Bonds funds into Multi-Managed & Multi-Class structures. Base Currency modification. Client Integration into State Street systems. Creation of automated posting rules for Luxembourg funds. Swift - new Clients relationship implementation. Daily issues resolution.

Review of Net Asset Values on a daily basis ; Expenses payment ; Failing Trades, Overdrafts & Claims follow up ; Resolving Client queries ; Development of internal Procedures ; New Hires Training ; Cash reconciliation during a conversion (3 weeks in Ireland).
