Designed and developed the groundbreaking "Collect Call" service for Syriatel, enabling subscribers with insufficient balance to request another subscriber to cover the call expenses. This innovative solution fostered seamless communication even in challenging financial situations. Spearheaded the creation of the "Missed Call Notification (MCN)" service for MTN Syria. Through this service, subscribers received missed call alerts via SMS when their mobile devices were off or out of coverage area.
